Hello
I'm new to reptiles. I've been preparing for Rankins bearded dragons but just became the adoptive owner of a lonely old box turtle who had nowhere nice to live. So I said "yes" and she arrived yesterday and we're getting acquainted. I've got a lot to learn from the experienced reptile keepers here!

Hello and welcome to Herpcenter! I hope you enjoy it here.
We don't seem to see Rankins around here. Be sure and post pics! It's my understanding that box turtles are not as simple to care for as most believe. I'll let some of the more experienced turtle keepers chime in !
