Our Chinese Water Dragon is Acting Odd!

Hello,
My name is Marsha and my son is Jordan. Our 5 year old Chinese Water Dragon is not himself the last 2 weeks. He is barely eating and at times he is sleeping on the edge of his water bowl. I found him upside down barely breathing 4 days ago. I picked him up and he started breathing normaly again. Thanks to this site I found out about that situation. When he eats he eats meal worms. I think I will pick up some crickets today and see if that makes a difference. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Marsha

Welcome Marsha Marsha Marsha! I've always wanted to do that to someone else, lol

Has anything changed in his cage, temps, furniture or anything that might stress him?

Welcome to HerpCenter!
Any time there is a sudden change in an animal's behavior, it could be a sign of illness.
If the strange behavior continues, its vet time.
