Thank you all! I apologize for such a long time for my response. I have been dealing with alot of personal stuff....
I really enjoy this site. Everyone here is truly very friendly! I did get my Uro's "Bonnie & Clyde", they have apparently been a pair for a couple of years...so, they are probabaly around 3-4 years of age now. Definitely male and female, I will post pics when I can...I will try today, but have had very littleluck uploading pics lately. I just got done making them a new enclosure. They were given to me with a 20-gallon (long) tank, definitely not big enough. the lady that I got them from lives in NC, I drove up there from SC, and made a day trip of it. It was fun, but HOT! My car has no a/c, so the Uro's were comfy! The new enclosure is made from an old dresser taht I gutted. It is going to need a few tweaks here and there, but I am getting ideas online, and will put more into it as time goes on, I'm sure. Thanks y'all!!! |

I have to admit I had never heard of the Uro until I joined this forum, but they seem so popular that I will HAVE to do some more research. Their turtle-like faces are very lovable. Welcome again Quote:
