he has some kind of weird infection right above his lip I just need to know what I can do or will this heal on it own?? this is my first reptile and I got him in august of 2007 so hes still a baby iif u can help me please send me any info you have

Can you post some pics of the infection? Specs of the enclosure will be needed also, temps,humidity,substrate,enclosure size and diet

If it's really an infection, it's not likely to heal on its own. You'll probably need to get him to a reptile vet and get some medicine to clear it up.

But I agree with Savannah. We need more information to be able help you out more.
