You will get sig privledges once you hit a certain amount of posts. This helps us prevent spammers from joining and just posting once to advertise, etc.

Hello,
Welcome to the HC Network! Unfortunantly the signatures became an issue a while back and we had to implement a means to prevent spam. As a result, we only allow users that have "x" amount of posts to get that feature. It has certainly put a stop to the spamming for the most part.
