The only reason I even looked into doing teaching in a foreign country like Japan is because it seems to pay a lot more outside the country (epically in Asia) as opposed to here in the united states. And its a very in demand job, and most of the time Japanese want someone who is from a English speaking country as opposed to right there from Japan since they think someone growing up learn the language will be able to teach it better to their kids more then someone whom they view as just trying to learn it like any other person in the country. But I think it would be a fun and exciting experience personally..I have been doing side research on it now for several years.
