Hi, please help with ID
Hi Everyone,
I have joined because I am having trouble with ID of a snake I photographed in the Philippines. Even the London Natural Histiry Museum are unable to help me!
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
Thanks
Matt

Re: Hi, please help with ID
From body shape and marking I'd start looking in the genus Elaphe and work from there.

Re: Hi, please help with ID
Welcome to the HCN. It kinda looks like an arboreal species to me. Something like Dendrelaphis maybe.

Re: Hi, please help with ID
Welcome to HC. I think Kriminaal has it right. Looks like a Dendrelaphis ssp. to me.
That last pic is great!
