New Water Dragon Servant
Hey everyone,
My name is Keith, I live in Burnaby BC (Canada) and have recently dove head first back in to the world of herping. While growing up my father was an avid herper and we had many exotic pets. As a youth I had the typical red ear slider turtle, a couple of Anoles and a pair of skinks. It has been years since my last reptile encounter and so... After months of research, and weeks of building a vivarium, followed by weeks of airing out 5 coats of water based polyeurethane, I have finally brought home a 4 month old female captive bred Asian Water Dragon that my 3 yr old daughter has named Sasha. She seems a little stunned by the move from the 20 gallon petstore setup to her new 140 gallon vivarium and spends a fair bit of time hiding in the bottom of the waterfall. Today is day three and she is yet to eat anything I have fed her so I hope she settles in soon. I found Tons of useful information on this site so I thought I should join. ![]() |

Pics are coming soon
Cheers!
I will try to take some pics as soon as I can. Right now I have a sheet covering most of the glass so that she won't freek out everytime someone walks by. Once she settles down a bit I will break out the camera and go nuts. -K |
