I bought a New Iguana today. And when I got home, I was putting him in his new tank, when I noticed, that one of the sides of his mouth has gone bulged out, and looks like pus, to me. Is this mouth rot???

What do you mean "gone bulged out"? Is this a huge sore that is bulging out That is puss infested? My advice to you is definately a vet! You cannot treat mouthrot at home! I am not so sure it is mouthrot though! Any time you have puss that is buldging out of a wound it is definately time to see the vet before it turns into something a lot worse and could possibly kill the iguana.

Was this not there when you bought it? Baby green iguanas are usually kept in very small tanks that are way overcrowded, which leads to fights, which leads to injuries, then of course in a pet store, not such sanitary conditions, and which of course is a breeding ground for bacteria and all those great germs that cause infection! Take a close look at the iguana and look for any other signs of injury or infection! And definately see a vet!
