Wild Green Iguana

Today a wild green iguana was eating out of my neighbor's front garden, and I took the opportunity to take some pics of it. I was at around 2 feet from distance of her in these pics. Isn't she awesome?

She was about 4 feet long. 8)

LOL... I wasn't thinking about the sex of the ig when I wrote that (I wasn't sure about that) I wrote it with the spanish term "La Iguana" in mind, which is female... lol. That's a thing in spanish, pronouns have sex, in english they don't.

Still, I'm glad you liked it. It was pretty funny, my aunt was visiting and she was leaving, she walked to her car and then ran back shouting "a lizard!!!" I was like "where?" and went to see it and then, "I need my camera", and went running back in to get my cam and she was like "make it go away!" LOL. She didn't got to her car till the iguana left, even though her car was like 8-10 feet away from her car. 8)

Nice pics Padfoot! I would have to look twice if I ever saw one sitting outside my door, I'd know for sure that he was lost!
