He's beautiful; that green is so intense! How old is he? Have you had him long? How's his personality?

thanks! i have him about half year and I take him from a friend that he wasnt take care for him! now he must be 3years old but he is so small he had him 2.5 years without UVB in a very small box!..I told to him a lot of time to give him to me but he wasnt want!..so one day iguana was near to dead..i was sure that he had Metabolic Bone Disease was very skiny wasnt moove and wasnt eat..So I take him and I feed him it was very dificult.Then I take for him a new UVB lamp and I make a big terarium for him! now he is fatt and he has nice colour but the bad is that he has a lot of fingers broken. and he canot climp very good..i dont know the reason but this time he is very wild and he bit me a lot.i need time with him but I dont have .but this animal now is happy he has uvb,good diet,big terarium!..I hope calm him because I love handle him!

Too bad he had such a hard life....but he looks fiesty now! Have a great time...Lyn

I'm glad that you took him away from his former owner. I dunno why people insist on owning animals they don't/can't take proper care of, even when the animals are obviously not in good shape.

I'm sure that with such good living conditions you are giving him now and with so much love and attention that eventually he will become docile.

What's Life Without A Little Magic!

Very pretty green.... Don't worry about the toes unless the claw curls over another toe. Then you need to watch it so that the scales are not damaged from the sharp claw. I have two toes on Zair I have to watch like this. One more than the other. I had thought of amputation at one time, but as long as the nail is kept trimmed, it's ok. Watch for this on yours, too.
