Gil (again)
Here's a few more face shots of my boy.
Apparently he doesn't close his eyes for the camera during breeding season. LOL.
For newer members: Gil's mouth was damaged during a bout with stomatitis (mouth rot) a few years back. He cannot completely close his mouth and the bottom "lips" are wider than the tops. I have to keep an eye on the bottom sides as they can dry out and plaques can build up. Anytime you have the slightest problem with your iguana, I recommend getting it to a reptile vet quickly.

great pics! I love how it looks like he is smiling for the camera... My pup has an underbite, so a lot of times her top lip catches on the bottom teeth and I always tell people she's just smiling...
