Gil's day out

On Saturday Ken and I took Gil out to one of the wildlife reserves in our area. We loaded his "walking cage" (the one you've seen bungeed to the wagon) into the hatchback and off we went... Gil LOVES riding in the car and was on the side looking out almost the entire time

Once on the reserve, we put on his hip-leash and took him out to enjoy the sights and smells

He was SO tired on the way home!

(That's tinsel in my hair, by the way. )

You convince Steve to move to California, and I'll adopt you, hun! But it will be Ken who takes you on all your walks... I'm at work all day.
