Best thing to do is get him to a vet. Do you have any pictures?

Hello,

It sounds like you may have a case of dry gangrene. You need to see a vet pronto. Without proper meds, there is nothing you would be able to do "if" it is dry gangrene.

Any chance we could get some pictures of this?

I also agree it be best to get him to a good reptile vet. It could be bacterial, fungal, gangrene, or something secondary to another condition. Also if you haven't already done so it would be good to have an initial wellness check done. Many babies have internal parasites so getting a fecal done would not be a bad idea if it hasn't been tested. Do you have a reptile vet already?
