hi. my iguana's black spots have turned out to be a fungal infection. i have been putting bedodyne on them for about a week and the infecton is starting to go away. i cleaned his new tank for the first time last night and noticed that in his new tub of water as soon as I put him in his cage he goes straight into the water, at first I thoughtthat it was becausehe wanted to soak some more butafter cleaning his cage and seeing that the water was yellow, i figured out that he was goin ginto the water to wash the bedodyne off! smart little guy. i guess I will have to get rid of his tub of water until the infection is completely gone. i will post pics soon of his spots.

Did you take him to a vet for this fungal diagnosis? What type of test did the vet do to determine if it was a fungal infection?
