Well its not really louies eyes but the lid and area around appears to be a little duler in color and for some reason a little bigger, any reason as to why his eyes are like this?

Also he has been sneezing alot, we live on a dirt road and I was told that and expelling salt are the reasons for so much sneezing but could it be something else?

Hi Audrey, if his eyes are bulging when they're closed, it's probably not a concern. They sometimes do this when their face is shedding or if the eyes are itchy. If he is doing it all the time, maybe a vet check is due.

The sneezing is totally normal, it is how they expel excess salt....sometimes referred to as "snalt" lol.

I agree. Igs often bulge out their eyes when the lids are shedding. Give the eyes a gentle rub to help relieve the itching. If your ig still keeps the eyes puffed when you first start to rub...then a vet visit should be made. First reflex is to bring the eyes back in...but a true sign of trust is when the ig puffs the eyes AS you are rubbing....
