Sorry guys for being MIA.
Work has been busy and the family drama never stops.
I waited one week to cool down. It was really bad--like imagining-all-the-ways-I-could have-slapped-her-bad. Then I talked to my mom for advice. She calmed me down and also gave tips on how to make him more receptive.
And then I spoke with the owner---who has always been so professional and helpful.
He seemed to genuinely care. He asked in detail about how I was treated. Then he patiently listened to my explanation about iguana nutrition (at that point--it was really hard to control my emotions, but I held it together.)
In the end, he told me that he had no idea this happened, and repeatedly thanked me for telling him. He assured me that he would talk to those girls and said he would be willing to do anything to make this right with me.

Overall, what started as a horrible encounter became a positive experience.
I want to thank you all for listening, and then giving me the encouragement and support
to do something about it.

Cheers!
