That's your first mistake. Iguanas never snuggle! If they try to, be afraid.

That sounds like a joke, but the truth is that they actually are not affectionate creatures. They don't really want to be pet or things like that. They usually come to you seeking warmth or food or such.

He comes to me mostly for the highest place he can get to, my shoulder. And he does like his back scratched and sometimes to sit and watch tv or out the window.

He will snuggle and put his little head in my neck if he's scared about something like new people or thunder, but mostly yea.. he doesn't snuggle.

Awww... Gil used to do that too!
