lol, actually you would be surprised how many people have heart attacks and don't even know it. Women especially. Women tend to have what they call atypical chest pain. This is usually back, jaw, or arm pain, or just a pressure or numbness. People don't think of it as chest pain and then don't seek treatment. They find out later at some point that there is damage to the heart from an ECG.
