Watercress is fine but you still need to try to locate the other greens
I agree, fresh is better. However if you are limited to frozen you want to sprinkle some vitamin B1 on the food. Freezing can destroy the B1(thiamin)

okay! I will be looking for that for sure. I usually give him fresh fruit like mangos, apples, green grapes, berries and even apricot. he pooped today and it looked normal. well....i think its normal. is dark brow a noramal poop color for an iguana? there was no blood in it.

in a book and a few websites it suggests canned pumpkin to help your iguana poop. i had that problem a few days ago and had to give my iguana pumpkin and it worked!! he pooped 4 times in one day! now hes to his normal once a day
