Well I watched it, the iguana looked healthy enough, but they kept saying that its favorite food was lettuce, like that was their staple...

I was actually surprised to see a C. cornuta, 'stead of a green iguana. This is the first time that I've seen a reptile get this much air time in a sitcom. The last time I saw a cornuta have a "headliner" role, is in one of those old B&W monster movies with a fin strapped to its back I think they used a cornuta in the old Journey to the Center of the Earth flick.

This rhino was a little lean but imo, still handsome! it's unfortunate that the facts were so skewed -- S. America, live 10(20?) years, eat lettuce and grapes, weekly cleaning of anal glands. There isn't an iguanacentral.com website, but the domain is owned by Warner Brothers. Too bad they didnt' consult with the Binns at cyclura.com

Taking off the iguanid knowledge hat, I was able to appreciate the silliness of the show.

Though, I wont be able to order Orange Chicken for a while , LOL . (j/k)
