I have been trying to log onto the Iguana Center web site for the last week and it has been saying "Error: This website is experiencing difficulties." Does anyone know what is going on???

We did have server issues but everything is back up and running. Try running a disk clean up to clear your cookies and old files. If that doesnt help, let us know and we will check further into this issue for you. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you are up on IC soon.

Iguana Center is up and running. I am on the site right now and on Herp Center. Its possible you have a corrupt cookie on your PC. That can cause old pages to remain and thus will show the error.

If you know how to clean your cookies and the temporary cache, do that and restart your PC. That will allow you to get a new session ID. If you don't know how to clear your cookies and cache, tell me what Operating System you are using and I will tell you. (windows 98, XP, etc.)

Thanks so much! I will delete my "cookies" and try again! But I also tried to access the site from the first thread posted by Rich in this forum and I got the same error message. Is that ust my computer too?

Yes. Stale pages will do that. It sounds like you have a cached page in your temp files that the cookie is calling up. Sometimes you can force your browser to swap cookies by repeatedly hitting refresh when on the site. If it hasn't changed after 3 refreshes, you need to clear the cookies and the temp files and then reboot to remove any frags left over. That should correct the error. if it doesn't, let me know.

Okay. I've deleted cookies, temporary internet files and disk clean-up. After restarting my computer, the Iguana Center webpage is still telling me that there is an error. At the bottom of my screen, it says "Cannot find server." I appreciate your time and advice with this--I can't live without the Iguana Center!!

I see you are using Mozilla, so try this:

At the top of your browser, choose "Tools". Choose "Options" from the drop menu. Choose the "Privacy" icon on the left. At the bottom of that page, choose "clear all".

Once everything has been cleared, choose "ok" and try to access Iguana Center.

Let me know if that worked.
