green iguanas sneeze frequently to rid themselves of excess salt in their systems. The glass doors on my enclosure have to be wiped down frequently. Also on the temperature. your iguana needs a basking are of 90-95 degrees.
What do you mean by he has lots of sunlight?

Sitting in the window isn't really "direct" sunlight, it is filtered sunlight, he doesn't get beneficial UVB rays from it. Does he have a UVB light in his enclosure?

make sure you don't see any discharge or anything. your temps were a bit low so just watch to make sure it's not more than regular sneezing.

Is his cage right in front of a window? right now the sun might not be a problem but in the summer when the sun gets stronger it might heat his cage up too quickly and cause dangerous temperature elevations. Just something to keep in mind.
