My 2 month old iguana never wants to come out of his fake little tree we have him, its a decoration for a house but its made of plastic, its like pine needles but not as sharp. The only time I can get him out is by pulling him out (no in a mean way) which he ends up just going back in.. I've tried removing it but then he just gets mad and stares at me till I put it back.

This is not uncommon at all. Right now the little guy is terrified; everything looks like it wants to make a mean of him and he just wants to hide.

It will take time, and a lot of it, for the ig to start trusting you. Spend time around the cage during the day so he gets used to you around. Daily direct interaction with the ig is crucial for socializing it but you also need to make it so your presence is not an oddity.

Remember igs spend a lot of time, nearly all of it in fact, above ground. If that fake plant is the only place to climb naturally it will head right up it.

Have you changed the lighting in anyway since your last post in the other thread? Proper UVB is vital to the health of the ig, both long term and immediate.

A little bit yes, I put a Climbing thing closer to the UVA UVB light on the top, and have seen him go up there and sun. The big basking light I havent changed yet, but it looks exactly like the one that was told to buy. I was mistaken that it was 150 watt, it was accually 75.
