Changed Clouds Room - bad idea???
The power went off in clouds room lastnight... this morning he was freezing, so we put him into the computer room, because it has lots of things in it for him to keep warm. we left him be for a while, came to check on him and he has been VERY upset, whip his tail at us, and even lunge to bite!!! That is VERY not like him at all...Is it the chance of room??? Or, maybe its cuz there is a mirror in here, we covered it up just incase thats what the problem was.. anyone have any suggestions to why hes acting this way?

Hi Jo-
Cloud is suffering a few things right now. The changes in location will have him uneasy, especially if he perceives it as a territory owned by the mirror-iguana. Definitely cover the mirror. If you are leaving him there, give him a week or so to acclimate. More importantly, Cloud is not feeling too well having been cooled down. This will make him rather defensive, since he is trying to warm up and feel better. Combine the two elements and you get a whippy, bitey, uneasy iguana. Give him some time to come back to normal. In the meantime, please review this information to help you better prepare for emergencies such as power outages. http://www.herpcenter.com/article.php?a=36 ![]()

Thank you Dominick. Cloud is starting to calm down a little he is sittin on top of one of our computers... He has not done his "business" on any computers yet, and we have always had him in an area where there is a computer... He has roamed around, and we covered the mirror... he is sorta dozing off. which seems okay I guess. i will give him a bit of time before approaching him, just to be safe
