I was checking out Google video's today for iguana video's. I could not believe some of the cruel things I saw on there . Adult igs being kept in a cage that wouldn't be fit for a hamster. Then the person was poking at the ig getting it mad. People getting igs to fight with one another. These people need to be taken and treated the same way. I was at a loss at some of the things I saw. So I joined Google and told these people what I thought of them, it wasn't very nice. It's a shame people like that actually are allowed to own any type of animals. I just think people like that should face the max punishment that the law will allow. If I had my way it would be old time justice (an eye for an eye). Sorry to come on here and vent

Yes it's a shame the way some reptiles are kept. Many are solely kept for the "come look at my big lizard" reason. I like to blame the people who sold them the pet in the first place. Many stores just want to make a sale.

You know - this is solid evidence of animal cruelty and abuse. Law enforcement is using this medium to catch criminals more and more. I think a stink should be made to those in the higher animal protection levels and these IP addresses tracked down and followed up with help from the local authorities. It seems like a tall order - but it's completely within the realm of what can be done these days.

I agree with prism. The police can actually do something about this. you should bring it to their attention.

Yeah people do some pretty horrid things to animals its a shame

I'm curious, did you ever report this abuse? If you don't it will just continue. So many places (ASPCA, PETA) have websites and you could just e-mail the link to them and they can do what they do best. Just a thought.

Yes I have reported this to the ASPCA.Also I talked to my uncle about this who is a deputy sheriff,who said he would see what he can do.I will post when I hear anything back from either.
