Enclosure decor/furniture ideas
I have about 1 more hour of work before my enclosure is done, well one side of it. Anyone with any ideas on what I can use as far as decor/furniture? Some things I can either buy or make would be great. I know I need a basking area up high. Also, some place for my ig to hide to cool down. The enclosure has turned out better than I thought.

Re: Enclosure decor/furniture idea's
do you have any large branches for him to hang out on? like the 4" thick kind? If you could post pics of what you have done so far, it would be easier to suggest something.

Re: Enclosure decor/furniture idea's
and I will keep my to my comment earlier, You need branches or pieces of wood or planks for your ig to sit on and climb up. Make use of that tall space. Collect branches from outside, give them a good scrub with a 10% bleach to %90 water solution and rinse well. Let dry out for a week. Wood planks would do the same thing, only not look so natural.
Looks good!

Just remember that you are looking for something at least as big around as the iguanas body, larger would be preferable.

Re: Enclosure decor/furniture ideas
You can also use a peice of that modular closet shelving stuff, the metal bars with the enamel on it as a basking shelf and use limbs for him to climb to get ot it, they like a basking spot that gives them room to stretch their legs.
