It is time for us to find a new home for Rocky , our healthy, 4-year old free-roaming iguana. We bought a summer home on Lake Erie last year, and we had trouble finding family/friends/neighbors to take care of Rocky while we were gone. We do not want to worry about him again this summer, and there is no place for him in the condo to be able to come with us. Fortunately, we have at least a dozen people who have called and are interested in giving him a good home. We are going to carefully choose his new owners, hopefully with occasional visitation rights, and we will be sure to pass on the Herp Center Network web site to his new family.

This site has been so helpful to us and we are so grateful to everyone who cares so much about reptiles. We've enjoyed the opportunity to care for Rocky, and we appreciate everyone who offered advice and information to us. It has been a great experience!
