this is so true Nicole. you can only do so much! people are disgusting creatures, and it's terrible that they would leave those poor igs on your doorstep but it's not your job to save the world.

With the trouble you have, have you considered setting up a couple of small hidden video cameras that face your porch and the street.
Maybe you could catch the perpetrators in action and ID them!

Oh boy!!! That must have been a horrible sight to come upon first thing in the morning. Those poor little "critter's". How would the people know to drop them off to you?

Anyway, I empathize. I have enough trouble coping when a stray dog shows up.
Good for you for swinging into action.

A lot of people know I do reptile rescue,, I have been doing it for years,, I think I was personally set up,, I had someone come out t o my home interested in an iguana,, well he came out but,, all his info was bogus, so I am assuming it was probably him. Its almost like a bunch of them got together and and dumped all at once,, who knows.
I turn iguanas down all the time because I am so full and there are so many calls for them,, you can only stick so many HUGE enclosures in your house,,even if it is 5 bedrooms, lol. I love iguanas but I cannot save the world.

I am in Washington State. I only have two that are healthy enough to ship overnight, but I cant do it in January,,, way too cold..... I wont ship anything until spring at the earliest. I have one large female,, and 1 large male that are healthy enough. The male has some serious testosterone issues, lol. The female,, well she is a good girl as long as she is happy,, if not she will find you and make you very aware she is not happy with you, lol. She is a free roamer in my living room during the day.
