Re: new rescue

well at least shes in good hands now. Freya looks like she's getting stronger every day! good to hear that her legs and ribs arent damaged, and shes also eating..which has got to be a plus sign. I hope she will be able to keep whats left of her tail. keep us posted!

Re: new rescue

Freya update. She is doing great still. Lots of ig attitude now. She missed a couple of hand feedings this weekend because we were gone a lot, so she's very angry with me. She climbed all of the way out of her bathtub yesterday, because she was mad. It was great! Shows she's getting stronger! She no longer likes being in her confinement area under the lights. She wants to move more, but the vet said not until she's checked over next monday. They are pleased with how she is doing, no more news on the tail yet. She will now roll to her back to have her belly rubbed!!! Silly ig.

Re: new rescue

Well its great that she is doing good and interacting well with you (or at least that is how it seems). Igs are such great animals and it is sad to see what pathetic no good humans can do. But you just show them how good humans can be. Great job on getting her back into better health and kudos to the vet.

Re: new rescue

Wow, I can't believe someone would just dump an animal like that ! I'm happy to hear that she is looking more perky ~ obviously in good hands.
