Try having a spray bottle on hand, my iguana used to love being sprayed, and while he was soaking up the water, I would gradually scoop him up, the first couple times he had a fit once he realized he was out of the cage, but after a few weeks, he was good. We still every now and again have some issues, but nothing like the little terror he was. It is all about trust and confidence, if the iguana knows you are afraid, he will keep at you. Good luck, taming is an uphill battle.
If you have trouble getting him in the cage, keep a towel handy, it will make it a lot easier to scoop him up, if you hood iguanas they usually calm down a bit.

Something I forgot to add to the list: - DO NOT put it down when it struggles!
Just plain go in and pick him up being very careful not to grab by the tail. To put him back...do not do so while it's struggling. This will give the idea that when it struggles...you will put it down...so waiting until the struggling stops while eventually click in that brain that when he stops struggling...then he gets to go back.
So when are you going to get a bigger tank? This will help your progress immensely.

One of the things that I did with Gil when he was young was to take him out of his enclosure about an hour after he fell asleep. Similar to what prismwolf suggests about taking him out before lights-on... he's groggy enough not to put up much of a fight, yet aware enough to know you're holding him. I did this with Gil 2 or 3 times a week for the first 6 months or so.
Three most important factors for socialization:
1. TIME
2. Patience
3. Consistency

It's been 2 years with Dizzy and we still have a battle-royale about once a week. It starts by me insisting that he come take his bath and him prefering to sit on his high horse and demand his breakfast first. I just put on a heavy jacket and scoop him up and I give him a nice bear hug and don't let him down until he's given up the struggle.

How big does the tank need to be, and how much would it cost (In Euros).

How much would it cost in Euros!?! LOL...I'm in the U.S...that's something you'll have to reasearch...
As far as how big the thing needs to be...you will be better off building something after he's a year old, but while he's small you will need something about the size of a 55 gal. (208L) aquarium which should roughly be about 128cm long x 53cm tall x 32cm deep. This size will also be best for keeping the temperatures right. Anything smaller makes it literally impossible to get the three different temperature gradients needed to keep your ig healthy.
After a year old then you will need to think about the building size which he will have the rest of his life which will be 183 cm tall x 182cm wide x 91 cm deep.

That would work with the exception of the top. I would not use glass. You are going to have to be able to attach lighting and heating devices and wood would be much easier to deal with.
A glass front or even sides too but not the top.
