It looks to me like there's a bit of a bulge, and while the pores are small, they're visible which on such a small ig says "MALE" to me. "
I think I agree I had a vet point out a lot of things with mine, and because of size and just in general the build of the iguana, head size and shape, as well as the mild bulge. I'm not an expert with husbandry, but identification wise I would say it is about a 75% chance based on those pictures that it is a male, because it is so small and young, presence of pores in a notable fasion, definitive lower jaw muscle disproportionality, and semi-apparent presence of a mild bulge, would lead me to believe it is a male based on the pictures given. A few of my nosey coworkers also agree that it apears male.
