Spagetti with meatballs.

I know igs can eat rice and pasta on occasion. I am not a very good cook. I was wondering if I got spagetti and meatballs for myself, then rised the left behinds so that the meatballs and sauce is washed off, is it ok to feed it to the ig?

A definite NO to the meat-- ALWAYS!! I'd avoid the noodles too... the refined white flour and additives/preservatives in the noodles just don't outweigh any benefits.

Dizzy likes pasta, but he only gets a noodle here or there. We have some gross whole grain pasta from a health food store that my dad likes...I think that it might be okay for them. Either way, I would only use pasta that hasn't been in sauce if I were going to use it at all.

I agree, not worth the risk of messing with his system.
Plus, if he got used to that stuff, he'd be like a dog, always begging for your food when he sees you eating, lol.
I won't even eat a banana where my Igs can see, I think I'd get jumped, lol.

If you want to give him a treat a small amount of soaked wheat bread occassionally would be better. Baby, Dragon and Huff all go bonkers over it and I really have to watch my fingers. Soaking it makes it a good hydrater. Dragon and Huff also goes crazy over bananas. Baby likes bananas too but I don't have to worry about my fingers as much with her.

Why not try the other way around: you start eating a lot more veggies? =)
