You can use it everyday for always. I assume you have a small iguana so I'd say take 1-2 tablespoons and soak it. Then sprinkle it over the food. Not totally positive on the dosage though.

As I usually post when people are fretting over humidity, the humidity (water around the lizard) won't change the hydration (water in the lizard) of the lizard much.

I do two things to help with hydration of my Blob.
(1) I mix the greens and grated veggies in a collender under running cold water. I don't do anything to drain it but I just dump it on to his plate and put it in the cage. This has the whole salad dripping wet without the time of sitting there misting the salad.

(2) I top the now dripping salad with soaked rep-cal pellets. I use 1/8 of a cup dry pellets, before being soaked, per dinner plate of salad daily. It takes me 3 or 4 minutes to hydrate the pellets.

Looking down the list of ingredients of the rep-cal the pellets will also replace the suppliments. Including the centrum with the daily rep-cal, in my opinion, will be over doing it. What I don't like is the rep-cal has D3 in it.
