This about 2.5 feet of collards. Most of it will spoil before it ... |

Down here we call it "Poke Salad" and the story goes you have to boil poke salad three times before you can eat it!(Toxins) and it grows everywhere, Not just the river bottom! It's in my backyard right now! No river in sight. It is definetly a Po' Mans food!

I've upgraded Dizzy's food dish 3 times in 3 months from an 8 inch dog dish to a 12 inch pie pan that wasn't very deep and now he's got a 9x9 cake pan, i'm hoping that will suffice because I'll have to build a new cage to fit a 9x13 pan!
