Pacman Feeding Supplements

I have a couple questions about the supplements my Pacman needs:

1. I know Pacman's need calcium supplements in their diet, and I read on the care sheet 2 times a week for juveniles. My question is: Should all the crickets fed on calcium day be dusted? If not how many would be good?

2. Do young Pacman frogs need any additional vitamin supplements? If so what kind and how often?

1. If you are gut loading your crickets with calcium, i would find no reason to also dust.

2. As long as your feeders are fed a variety of fruits and veggies, I wouldn't bother supplementing with vitamins.

What veggies are good for gutloading? I know this is old but im asking to not make a new one.
