Poison

Has anybody here had a cockroach problem in thier house ot apartment... I put bait traps out and I see less roaches now. But my crickets are dieing... Whats supposed to happen is roach goes into trap munches on poison goes back to the rest of the roaches, dies then roaches eat the poisond roach and they die....

I noticed a roach got in with my crickets... Next morning, half were dead...
Im glad to see the poisons working... but not my crickets... lol

Anyway im wandering if anyone used freezedried insects on thier frogs...
and if it worked....

I think im gunna do it, till the roaches are gone... so lump doesnt get poisoned...

Re: Poison

I have heard that freeze dried can cause impaction. You could just get a few at a time and feed immediately until the roach issues s resolved

Re: Poison

Freeze dried crickets are pretty much void of nutrition. I'd get a new, cockroach-proof container.

Re: Poison

Any sort of rubbermaid tub that has an airtight seal. Then cut a hole in the top and hot glue some screen.

Re: Poison

Containers come in all shapes and sizes, from the size of a book to the size of a water tub. Get what's good for you. I get crickets by the 1000, so the tub one is good for me.
