Aiden, the events leading up to birth are as follows..

First, you get copulation, and more, and more and more..lol...
Second, the female will ovulate, the back half of her will swell and she will become round...
Third, the female will go into a shed cycle...then shed...

From the that day, the day she sheds, it will be approx. 105 days until she gives birth....although it was 87 days last year....you get some warning about when it will happen as about a week before she is due she will deposit a 'waxy stool' this is our cue to turn the hatchling rack on and get ready

I will gladdly put your name down for one, all being well she will give birth some time around the end of May begining of June....it would be nice to meet you too. How long are you in the UK for?

When do you get to the UK? Hereforn is about 3 hours 30mins from our house....about 175 miles...so not that far really

i will be there from feb 15th till november 5th I am goin gto be working there and visiting a great shop I know in shropshire they have gabbons hehe

Thats cool...what shop would that be...I know a few down that end of the country..what do you do for work? If you don't mind me asking?

While you are over you should take a trip to Chester Zoo...about 80miles north of Hereford, they have a great seletion of animals...including Gaboons, Komodo Dragons, Gila Monsters....plus the usual Lions, Tigers etc...well worth a day out
