Here is an exotic little snake I picked up in California (a present for my husband):
![]() ![]() ![]() Close up details: The back has some sort of beetle on it and designs flanked by little gecko-type lizards -- just stunning! ![]() This is NOT painted!! It's an original Jon Stuart Anderson FIMO sculpture. All of the details are FIMO clay. Pretty amazing stuff, huh? He does a lot of reptile and amphibian sculptures as well as other animals and subjects. I bought this beauty in Coronado at Art for Wildlife Gallery. Here's the link if you're curious about some of his other work. http://www.artforwildlife.com/artist...rson/JonA.html It's difficult to find really nice herp art in general, but this guy is one of the best I've seen.

What a great find, and you don't have to feed it. The artist is really talented, I am going to have to look into getting a piece of art for myself.

Awesome peice of work Andrea! Very cool!
As someone that has fiddled around with Fimo I can tell you that getting those lifelike images in the clay isn't easy!
