And here is just a full body shot. I am keeping him on very fine sand but he is fed in containers so that he has less chance of eating the substrate.

I did feed him a pinkie today and he seemed to love it. He also eats 75 crickets a week.
He is in a 50 gallon Pet Palace and I was told this should be large enough for his entire life, is that true? It measures 18Wx36Lx18H.

He looks very healthy and fat, lol...You might try a bigger plate for him incase some of the veggies gets on the sand so he wont ingest it. Do you feed him crix in or out of the enclosure?

Couple of points: are you feeding mixed lettuce leaves there? Lettuce is really not the best salad for Bearded Dragons, not least because it has so little nutritional value. If you want advice on veggies that are better for regular feeding for Bearded Dragons let us know and one of us can point you in the direction of a nutritional chart.

Secondly, the tank you have him in is fine for him as an adult - if you were ever to buy him a mate and house them together you would need something larger.

I am feeding him crickets in a 20gal long with reptile carpet for a substrate. As for the greens the mix includes red and green oak leaf, organic baby spinach, red and green Chard, Mizuna Radicchio, and Organic Arugula along with carrots. Are any of them better than the others?, Bitis, What else would you suggest I change or add to his diet? Any info would be great, thank you.
Another question I have is concerning the size of his water dish. The one I have is pretty small. He can't get his body in it at all, do I need a larger one?
