ANOTHER hatchling!!!!!

OMG Look what we found in the incubator this morning!!! We're in the thick of it now, this is soooooooooo AWESOME!!!!!

And note the motion blur, l'il squirt was on the move!


You guys, you should've heard this littl'un scream at us when we tried to get her into the hatchling tub -- and I do mean SCREAM! No squeak, no hiss, an out and out screech, and it was music to our ears! We're finally becoming successful breeders!

Well, her clutchmate is on the way, the egg appears to be pipping on one end... plus TEN other leo eggs... plus FOUR fattie eggs... plus a MESS of gravid girlies... ohhhh life is good!!!!!

*correction on which eggs were which! LOL*

And the wee clutchmate is here now too! She's almost identical, except she has an enclosed circle on her back where her clutchmate has what looks more like a keyhole. They are both lightening in color, similar to Yin (hatchling #1), who, by the way, is into her first shed!!!

Makes me think that I just may have to search out a little boy at the next White Plains, NY show to enjoy my 5 girls....hmmmmmm Lyn
