Here are a couple of pics of Bubbette, my Mali Uromastyx. I came into possession of her quite by chance. An aquaintance of mine owned her, and was going to kill her. I won’t go into details on why he was going to kill her, except to say that it was as a result of something really stupid he did that resulted in the death of another lizard. He decided to blame it on the Uro, rather than on himself. I took Bubbette, rather than see him kill her.

I'm lucky to live somewhere that the natural climate is not all that different from her native climate. Makes it much easier to maintain the proper environment. In addition, I can harvest fresh greens for her from the garden at least nine months out of the year.
