How long has your mom had Spikes and what are Spikes' living conditions like (diet, heat, etc)?

I've been dragging my mother to reptile shows and stores, but she STILL can't bring herself to stand near the snake enclosures. But she'll look at insects. Go figure!

TY blackjack. it has been a while since I been on. My comp. has been such a pain lately. That and I started a job at the petstore and have been busy
my mom has had spikes for .... between a year and a half and two years. before that my b/f had her, living in london On. she is free roam. got the house to herself most the time, other than Coen, moms doberman. she has lots of things to climb, and has natural sunlight almost the whole time the sun is out (mom has so many windows... its unreal). also, her bed is on a shelf unit, where she sleeps ontop of a teddy bear. underneath that shelf is a heatvent. i dont know if I have pictures. but its not really a shelf... its like a little stand that u put knicknacks on... Lots of trees round the house. she is litter box trained... goes in the bathroom to use her box. She eats mainly vegitables. she doesnt care much for fruits, she gets collards, dandilion (when its availible), snow peas, beans, some berries, and I kno she likes cantilope and squash. shes HUGE compared to when mom got her. and looks great. her and my ig. Cloud didnt get along - which is why cloud and her have marks on their bodies (if u can tell by pictures) from their first incounter (a nasty fight to break up)!!!
Hope that explains lots. Mom just got two Green Waterdragons also...

Well, Spikes probably isn't getting much UVB through the window glass. UVB is very damaging to carpets and fabrics, so regular house widows filter out most of it. Your mom should probably invest in a good UVB source.

When Shop HC gets up and running, you can get a UVB source there.
