New Pics Update
Hey guys- I haven't posted any pics of my new pets, so here are some updated pics:
Leopatra my Leopard Gecko: ![]() [Unnamed] Frog-Eyed Gecko: ![]() [Unnamed] Malaysian Golden Gecko: ![]() [Unnamed] Mediterranean Gecko: ![]() I'm not sure what those sacks are on his jaw but I think they are calcium storages of some sort. He was found in the petstore after escaping a few months ago, and when I found him since he was already taken out of inventory he was free. I couldn't find any caresheets on him, so I have him setup up like my Leo for the time being (paper towel substrate, moist hide, regular hideaway, Under Tank Heater). And lastly, my baby: ![]() Yeah, yeah, I know he's not a herp but I still love him just as much!

Great pics!
I don't know the care of the meditanean gecko but Im thinking your best bet would be to find their range and then go from there. I think their humidity ranges are probably higher than that of leo's. |

Matt that pic of the Leo is just awesome! You expect at any minute for it to smile a Cheshire cat grin and vanish! The name is cute too!

Allright! lol, I love Leopard Geckos, Bearded Dragons, and igs, but its always cool to see the less popular herps making their way up the lines too
Yeah, your mediterranean will actually prefer a climate closer to that of your golden gecko compared to your leo. If ya type mediterranean gecko in at Google, you should get plenty of caresheets. Any other Qs though, just ask. I've dealt with meds a lot. They're pretty common house geckos. Introduced populations thrive in the southeastern U.S. Particularily here in Texas and in Florida. I've even caught quite a few around here when its warm out!

Thanks guys!!!
My Leo I've actually had for quite a while, but I never posted a pic of her. She was so small when I got her, but now... lol Quote:
Good to know about the Med. I'll see what google comes up with for care sheets. He is pretty cool- abnormally fast lol, but cool. I'll have to get a pick from the top of him for you- he's really flat and wide, with a tail shaped like a serrated throwing knife. Quote:
