Well, we tried, but we just couldn't resist the urge to get another snake lol.
He is so beautiful!!! We believe it is a Suriname Boa. His colors and patterns are so contrasting, it is amazing.
We believe we are going to call him Kayne. Not 100% on that though.
Any suggestions on a name??
He is settling in right now, but I did snap some shots of him in his container on the ride home!!!

My first ball python was named Quitti (pronounced kitty). I was always telling him "Curiosity killed the cat", as he was always getting in trouble. From that came Quitti.

Kayne is a very pretty little snake!, the one boy who works at Pet Supplies Plus is hoping to get enough money together to get a really nice Suriname Boa.

Names are important. At least to me. They say something about both the namer and the namee. I always try to name my pets carefully. Usually I'll go through some baby name books and find ones with meaning that suit their personality. Although I do have a mean sense of humor, so I also give them wacky names, or name them after things that make sense to me.

In the end, though, I always seem to call them all "buddy". That's just the way I talk to them. On the same note, I tend to call everyone significantly younger than me "kid", especially my little brother, who's sixteen now, and much too old to be a kid anymore. I get away with it because they all know I'm joking. I started doing it when I was still a kid myself!
