All three are definitely anoles, though the last one is a different species. I'm not sure what those species are though, there are a lot of anoles out there

I might have to look around.

I think you're right

Possibly
Ameiva festiva, but I don't know that much about ameivas. I just know it sort of looks like one and they're native to Costa Rica.

Definitely a species of tent-making bat. I think Costa Rica has somewhere between 10 and 20 species of such bats. Yours are
Uroderma bilobatum or something very similar. This species also goes by Peter's tent-making bat or the yellow-eared bat.

Looks like a green spiny lizard, also known as the emerald swift (
Sceloporus malachiticus), and apparently also known as the coffee plantation lizard
