I have one of them it works great. But 2 + shipping would be about the same as petsmart going to petsmart and paying 16 + tax for 2

you just need a simple in/out digital thermometer that can measure temps at two locations. you place the main section with display at one end and the 'probe' at the other, then you can manage the two temps at the same time. you can also get a built in hygrometer in some models so you have one device to do all three measurments. but again thats preference. but make sure its digital as the other analog and thermometer strips just measure the glass temp as mentioned earlier.

Nice looking snake to! im jealous I really want a BP but gotta wait! im excited for you! enjoy the first couple of months when everything goes wrong (in your mind) and you become a nervous wreck like I did! lol but it does get better and really enjoyable! enjoy your new buddy!

I get my digitals at Wallmart or Hardware stores. They come with a remote probe and an inside outside feature. You can put the probe at one end and the display at the other to measure temps in either end. They also have a minumum maximum feature that tells you just how high and how low the temps have gotten. You can just move the probe around to spot check temps in various areas. However for this I prefer an infrared temperature gun. You just point it where you what to measure the temperature of, including the animals body and instant temp readout!
My personal preference for inside the tank is to just get 2 digitals this allows me to have the readout guages on the outside of the enclosures for easier access to them.

I have mine on desert snow, i have a water dish in with her and a log that she sleeps in and lays on during the day! I would deffiently stay away from the moss in the dish. Just put it in a hide bos or something if you need it in there to raise the humidity. Just make sure it's not too hot for her in there! Or him sorry!

It's like a paper material in little pieces sort of like carefresh but real cheap in bulk and I fund it at a pet store. It's white, i think the first time I ever seen it was at the reptile show in hamburg. It's pretty neat. I have my kenyans on it so they can dig and feel comfy, and I have a box that I cut and put in and cut a hole in the top and put my cave over the hole and put that all under the box so he can dig....it's awesome! I don't feed anyone on it I just don't trust anything like that going in any of my herps.
