Do you have pics? Where exactly is the "hole"? How big is it in relation to the size of your snake's head? Can she close her mouth? How did the injury happen?
What you want to do first is remove anything that can cause further injury or infection of the wound. If you have substrate, replace it with newspaper or paper towel. Take out climbing branches and leave her with just one or two hiding boxes and a water bowl.
If the swelling doesn't get better or gets worse, I'd definitely take her to the vet... actually I'd probably take her to get checked and maybe X-rayed anyway.
My snake got a really nasty gash on her side in December last year, but the vet stitched it up and it's healing nicely. It really scared me, but she managed really well.
