I've treated leopard geckos for high levels of Coccidia with some Pancur that I got from a guy that I knew who worked in a pet store and had cured a bunch of sick Greek and Hermans Tortoises with it. I had obtained the geckos from a kid working in a pet shop down the street from my house who was ordered to freeze them as to not infect the rest of the stock. After much begging, three leopard geckos were surrendered to me. The manager of the store never found out of course. I had absolutely no experience with leopard geckos, let alone ones that were "on their last leg". Something had to be done fast, and no one else was going to do it. I would have given them to anyone that could help them, but I could find nobody. This is the only reason that I choose to take matters into my own hands and attempt the risky task of administering meds, which I was told were smuggled from Mexico (whatever), to my poor little friends.I did much frantic research to get the proper dosage and length of treatment correct as well as the adverse affects the medication has on the health of the animal. Well, two of the three did survive and are still alive and health today, almost 3 years after the ordeal. So my advice basically is not to attempt curing any reptile on your own unless you have much experience in the Herp-Medical field. It is very risky and should be done only as a last resort.
