Weird Lump on Leopard Gecko...

So my female Leo Dilyla
has this lump under/ behind
the left front leg. It doesn't
seem to bug her or cause her
pain from my observations.
But I have know clue what it is?

The lump is squishy like its filled
with some type of liqid.
Iv attached a picture of it
on this post.
Anyone know what it could be?

Those are little calcium/fat storage pockets (endolymphatic sacs). Most of my females have them. They are ok. You may find one behind the other front leg as well.

Omg thank you so much! Oh gosh i was starting to think the worst of it. lol, because my male has never had a problem like that before and I haven't seen it on a Leo before. Oh what a relief . Thank you so much.

It is believed, though not confirmed, that the calcium in those sacs are used to supplement the development of eggs. That explains why it is not as common to find them on males. (None of my males have them.)

My female Leo has the same thing. When I took her to the vet about an eye infection I asked the vet about it and he pretty much said the same thing, shouldnt worry about it.
